Exchanges and Returns

Purchased products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days as long as they are in the original packaging and have not been used.

If you want to return something, you must send an email to vraag@kesatay.com within 14 days to register your return. Please include your name, order number and, if applicable, why you are returning the products. After receiving the return notification, you will receive the return instructions from us by email.

The return costs are for your own account.

You are entitled to the legal warranty if this applies to the product. If the item is broken within the legal warranty period, please send an email to vraag@kesatay.com so that we can solve this for you.
